Register for EPHT Secure Portal Access

Introduction to Partner Data

Utah's Tracking Network contains private, secure IBIS-PH based datasets that approved users may access. These secure data are available at a finer level of detail than legally allowed to the public because of data confidentiality laws. This data is usually appropriate for those working in public and environmental health, as well as academic researchers. In order to make secured data discoverable so that interested parties can determine if they want access, metadata was created. The intent of the metadata is to provide background information like available geographies, numerator, denominator, data sources so a user can better understand what that secure dataset includes. See the Metadata Index page to search the secure dataset metadata and view a list of available metadata.

Access to Secure Partner EPHT Data

In order to access the secure partner data, users must first fill out proper application forms and receive approval through the Tracking Network's Scientific Review Board. The two primary audiences that can access the secure datasets are academic researchers (or other researchers conducting a specific research project) and environmental or public health professionals. After approval, you will receive a log-in that will allow you to access the secure EPHT datasets for which you received approval. Click on the links within the two sections below for complete instructions on how to apply for access.

Environmental and Public Health Professionals

Research Project

Once you have been approved for access, you will receive a Utah login that will allow you to access the datasets for which you received authorization.
